having been acquired from the Humphrey Chemical Company on November 25, 1974. It is a total of 3.70 acres.
The property is located on Devine Street alongside the Route 40 connector, adjacent to the Pfizer Drug property
and the Quinnipiac River with Interstate 91 overlooking the land.
Access to the property is restricted through the Pfizer property, or may be accessed by canoe or kayak
from the Quinnipiac River.
