The property is located on Clintonville Road near the railroad crossing and represents a total of 3.75 acres.
Access to the property is to the right of the water company pump station with limited
parking directly off Clintonville Road. Hiking trails were recently provided
through an Eagle Scout project by Matt Baranski. The trails were cut through the brush
and lined with mulch. In addition, nesting balls were added to attract birds
to the location. The property has some water during heavy rains.
