Hill Estate was acquired from Pine Hill Estates, LLC & Louis D'Amato in
April, 2008. The property is
located at North Hill Road and Beach Lane.
Much of the 11.40 acre property is wetlands, but it is spotted with white
and red oak trees, red maples, silver beech, eastern white cedars, a few yellow
poplars and plenty of milkweed.
It
is adjacent to 20 plus acres of open space at nearby Sugar Hill Road
owned by the homeowners association.
This provides over 30 acres of protected space between these two
contiguous properties.
Much of the property is wetland, making
this a very inviting habitat for birds, butterflies and other wildlife.
